I feel so grateful !

Wow! I am so incredibly thankful for my chance to learn and grow here on this wonderful earth~ I am always amazed at how quickly things can change and how much influence I have over the people in my life , for both good and bad. What trust our Father in Heaven has placed in us.... incredible. In just 10 short days I will have my entire family back together for Thanksgiving! I thought we would be 4 this year , but, no , we will be 6! Haleigh is coming and so is my darling Alex~ I am thrilled.

He's coming home!!!

Alex text messaged me at 5:30 a.m. this morning and told me he is coming home from the middle east in 2 weeks!!! I am beyond excited !!! I love him so very much!!!  He has been gone since Aug. ,so we miss him terribly. I always love having him home and with our family.... Can't hardly wait to hold you baby~

Am I doing this right?!!!!!

Hmmmmm..... I am not sure if I am actually doing this right or not!!!!! I want to be able to share my life with the many friends that I have had the privilege of making in so many wonderful places all around the world! Here's hoping for the best~  yikes! I really don't need one more thing taking up my WAY stretched time , but I really want to try this! Just a VERY brief overview for those who I haven't seen or talked to in years. Alex and I have been married for 19 years this April. This is a very complicated subject for me. We are very much in love, he is my very best friend and yet we are going through a most difficult time.  I do adore him so!!!!!! We are currently living in Saint Augustine Florida, which we all love! We love the history here , the pic opps. ,  and the beach and surfing!!! We have also been swimming a lot!!! Alex and I have been trying to date a lot since we are in such a great place and our kids are all fairly grown. We have 4 children. Haleigh, our oldest , just turned 18 this past Oct. and is a freshman at BYU,Provo ~ She is an excellent student, a beautiful girl , and a spiritual example in every way. She means the world to me and truly has stepped into the role of honored girlfriend to me this past year! She loves her 2 roommates at the Y very much! She is an amazing girl~ (She is hilarious and cracks me up when she text messages me things like " I am employee of the month!! YES! ) She works in the cafeteria in the MTC!!!!! Cute girl. Ben is 16 and also a great student in his own right. He is adorable, with blond hair and a 6 ft. frame! Tooooo cute that boy. He is AWESOME on the guitar and very talented in art.He recently got his Eagle scout rank and I loved his project which was a book drive and book cases for a head start program! For those of you who have known us for many years , you will recall that both my older children attended head start programs~ He is driving now and , so far , has been a great driver. I love my benny very , very much. He is preparing to baptise his sister Kennedy Kathryn next month. This is a mixed blessing for our family. I truly have much to be thankful for. My trials and my blessings that is!! Gavin is such a little man , I could say tooooo much about him~ He is very talented in the same areas as Ben, art and guitar, and he also plays trumpet. He is an excellent surfer and loves to joke that his chest scars from his DH surgery were obtained by a shark attack! He is a great student and is in a program for creative learners at his middle school, yes! middle school, called Cambridge academy. Gavin is 11. Kennedy really deserves her own private blog, but for the sake of time , she will share with us. What!? share , her , never!! Kennedy is 7 , turning 8 soon and in second grade. She WORSHIPS  the ground her sister Haleigh walks on, really... She is a Daddy's girl all the way and loves and accepts people the way they are. She has a wild streak a mile long and I fear the future , really.... She is fearless. She is the queen of make believe, loves the beach(She's a fish in the water!) and saved 36 starfish in one day at the beach recently~ She loves church , and dancing, currently jazz!  She is excitedly preparing for baptism! K, that is a start , right?! Hopefully I can figure out how to post some pics..... Love you all!!!  Becky
